Inbound Marketing Can Work for Your Website
Links are the key to optimizing your website. And your website can have a page or two or 100 or it can be a series of blogs. But whatever your website is in terms of pages, it must contain good, original content.
Great content is what you can publicize and share. And great content is what others will want to share. And that’s where and how you get links - inbound links. And the more links there are to your content, the more credible and valuable the search engines think it is.
Linking is the fundamental basis of the web. Search engines want to know that you are sufficiently ‘connected’ with other pages and content. For the best inbound marketing, you need to do internal linking and outbound linking as well as requesting others with related content to link to you.
Link to relevant content early and often in your body copy. Link your pages to other pages within your website. And link with naturally relevant anchor text.
Find others who write about the same types of things and ask if you can exchange links with them. Thus you will help them and they will help you. (Just look at their copy and make sure they actually gave you links.)
